Unlike the traditional flat-bed or string LED units, our Single-Source LED-EXP was specifically designed for graphic printers that require high resolution and work with high line ruling (i.e. 85 line). The Single-Source LED-EXP will ensure even illumination over the exposure area in minimal time, giving the best results for a sharper stencil. This LED Exposure unit will also save in bulb usage and costs over metal-halide bulbs, which are costly and constantly need to be replaced. Unlike metal-halide bulbs, LEDs do not require a light integrator. LEDs do not waste power and money while they sit idle unlike metal-halide bulbs. This unit has the ability to cut energy use by *50%. (*based on a 1.1kW metal-halide). The LED-EXP’s PLC controlled touch screen gives you complete control.
