      ECO-STRIP® is a water soluble ink degradent and emulsion remover. It is formulated to work on UV, Plastisol, and Water-Based ink systems. The ECO-STRIP® solution will remove all photo-polymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions. ECO-STRIP® is ideal for use in automatic reclaiming equipment.

        ECO-WASH® is a water-based ink cleaner designed for the removal of water-based and plastisol inks. It is designed to work in heated Parts Washers. ECO-WASH® is most effective when heated to 104-108°F. Ideal for use with screens, squeegees, or flood bars. This product works especially well in closed-loop recirculation systems. Eco-Boost bio-technology helps break-down the solids (sludge) left behind from the ink, which helps reduce the amount of waste generated from the ink cleaning process.

          ENVIROWASH® is a soy based, semi-viscous ink cleaner. It is designed for the removal of a variety of inks without attacking the emulsion. The top priority ofENVIROWASH® is plastisol inks.

          INK WASHOUT AT THE SINK

          Card excessive ink from the screen. Apply product to the ink side of the screen. Use a non-abrasive scrub brush or pad to agitate ink on both sides of the screen. Starting at the bottom of the screen, high pressure water rinse all ink residue from the screen. *Check with your local sanitation district regarding limitations on inks that are to rinsed into the drain.

          RECIRCULATING WASH

          Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and re-used.

          • In stock

              Apply GB-2000 to the ink side of the screen. Allow the coating to penetrate up to 5 minutes. For tougher stains, brush product on both sides of the screen.

            II  Low pressure rinse (flood rinse with tap water pressure), removing all chemicals from the screen. This step protects the employees from being splashed back during high pressure rinse.

            III High pressure water rinse to remove any remaining residue.

            GR-9 is a water soluble ink degradent. It is highly effective on laquer ink, laquer stencil, enamel, vinyl, mylar, poster, UV and epoxy ink. I When used for screen reclamation, begin by carding excess ink from screen. II Spray GR-9 onto the mesh and then scrub both sides with a non-abrasive pad or brush until the ink is liquefied. III High pressure water rinse all ink residue from the screen. By washing from the bottom to top, you will prevent the possibility of any ink locking itself back onto the mesh when it comes in contact with the rinse water. *Check with your local sanitation district regarding limitations on inks that are to be rinsed into drain.

This product will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print, which makes it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary. VW INK WASH will perform as a press wash when changing colors between jobs and/or as a screen opener for continuous printing. It can be re-circulated or applied manually by a towel or spray equipment.

                PRESS WASH AND SCREEN OPENER

                Apply product on both sides of the screen and then wipe or squeegee off until all residue is gone. VW INK WASH works extremely well when cataloging the screen.

                This product is a viscous dehazer and degreaser that is designed for a variety of inks. LSR/30 cleans mesh of cured ink stains with less noticeable odor and works better than most paste stain removers.

                  Before using LSR/30, remove all emulsion from the screen.

                II  Brush product on the ink side of the wet screen with a non-abrasive brush or pad and then set aside for up to 10 min.

                III High pressure water rinse, spraying from the bottom to the top, on the print side of the screen. Reverse screen and high pressure rinse. Allow screen to dry.

                II    Spray IW-6 onto the mesh and then scrub both sides with a non-abrasive pad or brush until the ink is liquefied.

                III   High pressure water rinse all ink residue from the screen. by washing from the bottom to top, you will prevent the possibility of any ink locking itself back onto the mesh when it comes in contact with the rinse water.

                IW-26 is a low odor ink degradent designed for the removal of all plastisol and UV inks when reclaiming your screen. I When used for screen reclamation, begin by carding excess ink from screen. II Spray product onto the mesh and then scrub both sides with a non-abrasive pad or brush until the ink is liquefied. III High pressure water rinse all ink residue from the screen. By washing from the bottom to top, you will prevent the possibility of any ink locking itself back onto the mesh when it comes in contact with the rinse water. If ink residue is visible, apply 1 – 2 ounces of product again. This last procedure removes most ghosting and residual pigmentation. When finished, rinse with high pressure water.

This makes it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary.

                I   Card excessive ink from screen. Use SS-350 full strength; do not dilute

                II  Spray product on screen with a hand held spray bottle, an air operated spray gun or wipe on with a towel.

                III Wipe off with a towel or remove with a squeegee.
